Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing
University of Southern California | Rossier School of Education
Los Angeles, CA
The USC Rossier School of Education is seeking to build a best-in-class enrollment and marketing infrastructure and weâre looking for an experienced, mission-driven, marketer to join us. The Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing will play a critical role in the School's current and future enrollment success. The Associate Director will lead marketing strategies to recruit new students to Rossierâs portfolio of programs with a dual goal of attracting mission-driven applicants while ensuring enrollment targets are met. This position will be the organizational voice that inspires prospective students to enter a career that serves the public good through educational equity and therapeutic services.
Who you are:
Weâre looking for an enthusiastic problem solver who is part content wiz, strategist and business consultant. Creating the feeling that connects prospects to a mission-driven organization excites you as much as conversion strategies that transform them into new students. You thrive partnering with front-facing teammates to provide the content and consultancy they need to build relationships along the applicant's journey.
Style, brand and writing guides are the law of the land, and the laws must be followed, however your curiosity canât help but wonder what would happen if we tweaked them. Gaining organic traffic gives you an endorphin rush but only if it leads to conversions. Data is important to you but youâre comfortable using experience and intuition instead. You enjoy working cross-functionally with CRM managers, recruiters, web devs, faculty and operations to ensure an elevated prospect experience through all phases of the recruitment life cycle.
Ideally, you have experience with acquisition marketing best practices and a few years in a higher education environment. Youâre looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to grow a variety of skill sets and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
