The Marketing Analyst will be part of building bold strategy not just for Novartis, but for the industry and will engage with all levels of the organization, identifying areas of opportunity, and drive change. You will help Novartis achieve its plan to be a data driven organization by partnering with technology on continuously improving our data automation and capabilities and gleaning the insights that will drive bold changes in how we market our products. This position will be located in East Hanover, New Jersey HQ. We will not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities: * Partners with Marketing and CA teams to develop dashboard of marketing metrics * Provides regular and ad hoc reporting, analysis and recommendations for all key marketing metrics, and driving clarity on drivers of success/ failure and as well as how/ where to optimize performance for areas such as: o Media - including assessment of overall mix, channel and vendor performance, asset performance by channel, efficacy and efficiency of different vehicles o Creative assets - message performance, including performance of dynamic creative content performance among micro-segments along the full E2E journey o Website performance- Evaluation of overall performance, drop offs and areas of optimization to maximize performance o CRM - end to end performance tracking and optimization recommendations to maximize acquisition and retention o Innovation - Help supervise performance of Innovation projects against established KPIs and makes recommendations on investments within the total marketing mix * Own and drive a learning plot in conjunction with Marketing Team to implement A/B testing * Is a key partner in establishing marketing goals and measurement criteria * Partners with Commercial Acceleration to analyze marketing's impact on sales including but not limited to marketing mix attribution, and media optimization/inputs into ZBBs for tactical planning * Supports Marketing and Insights in development of KPIs for pre-testing tracking studies including building/ reviewing analogs and setting benchmark
