This position can be located in any of Legacy Financial Partners 28 offices.
Implement digital marketing initiatives, develop lead generation initiatives through event planning, and maintain excellent community relationships on behalf of LFP. This will include but not be limited to client events, charity initiatives, donations/sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, awards, websites, MOD, and social media.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, coordinate and promote community activities for LFP Advisors and their clients.
Plan, execute and evaluate LFP community engagement initiatives and attend events as needed.
Advise and guide donation and sponsorship requests.
Coordinate, promote and successfully lead the Event Planning initiatives across all LFP offices.
Work with Communications Manager to ensure quality communications and LFP branding are in place for social media, award submissions, donation, and sponsorship requests.
Lead social media efforts including creating, publishing, and evaluating content.
Manage the pipeline of email marketing leads through routine updates and reporting. Proactively coach advisor on lead generation opportunities through email marketing efforts.
Help increase brand awareness and organic growth initiatives of LFP.
Respond to inquiries, requests, and problems, taking ownership to resolve issues within given authority in a timely manner in accordance with operational and compliance procedures.
Enthusiastically support LFP's focus on community involvement, client service, and advisor support.
Adhere to relevant state and federal regulations and all LFP policies and related procedures.
Display a pleasant, professional, and positive manner on the job and follow guidelines established in the Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Employee Handbook to include the dress code, punctuality, and confidentiality policies. Regular attendance is necessary to perform the duties of the position.

Work on special projects and perform other non-exempt duties as assigned.
Provide statistical reports and recommendations to manager and assist with the development of marketing plans and budgets.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or other related field from an accredited college or university.
Two years marketing services experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple projects at one time and to learn complex software programs quickly.
Proven skills in event planning, internal and external public relations, journalism, editing/proofing and social media.
Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and graphic communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem solving, planning and project management skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment and resourcefully solve routine problems with tact and diplomacy.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Self-directed learner; ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with all levels of staff, members and outside vendors professionally and tactfully.
Must be able to operate computer applications with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent PC/data entry skills. Strong typing and navigation skills required. Ability to navigate multiple windows and applications simultaneously.
Graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign software is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change. Understand that change will occur, expect it, and effortlessly perform during and after the change.
A proven record of confidentiality at a high level is required. Ability to work well with others and maintain composure, poise, and patience when dealing with members and others.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to drive to various locations to work, train, attend meetings or conduct business development efforts.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
