1.教育程度: 本科或以上学历,医学、药学或相关专业毕业           2.职责:     ·主要工作职责及内容:确保在推广周期内,根据市场策略执行相关的推广计划。配合区域销售团队开展学术活,如城市会、院内会和KOL 活动等;和市场部密切配合,确保所有的推广资料,符合产品定位,传递最新的产品信息;对代表进行疾病,产品知识应用,竞争对手信息的培训和沟通,确保信息有效地传递给我们的客户;通过和销售团队的协访,从客户那里得到反馈,并帮助销售解决产品的相关问题以及有问题的重要客户; 维护KOL的关系,建立有效和专业的关系,以支持品牌的医学、市场市场推广,并支持进入医保目录的工作;区域市场预算申请和控制;向中心市场部反馈区域市场情况和竞争对手情况;当全国的策略在区域执行时如需要调整,向公司提供建议。向中心市场部推荐崭露头角的KOLs,便于将来的发展。3.职位具体要求:行业经验:  5年及以上医药行业工作经验岗位经验:具有销售管理,区域市场工作或大客户管理的工作经验。2-3年外企地区经理工作经验者优先考虑;良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神,具有工作激情;擅长制定战略计划,并具有效的执行能力。熟悉产品知识。了解区域市场情况;
