Pinnacle Propane, LLC., is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Irving office. Our Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns, according to the strategic plans, in order to increase market awareness, promote brand image and contribute to commercial performance.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to encompass website, email, SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media and other digital elements as necessary.
Analyze the results of digital marketing campaigns such as lead generation and lead conversion and present report results to manager.
Execute campaigns using marketing automation software platform.
Build email/customer database for use in automated marketing campaigns.
Partner with colleagues in other departments to gather input and tailor campaigns.
Create a deep understanding and ongoing insights of our target audiences (personas) and geographic markets; adjust/tailor campaigns accordingly.
Brief and guide third party vendor partners and agencies on campaigns in marketing requirements and expectations, monitor their work against predefined standards, SLAs and contracts and identify possibilities for improvement; but also execute many aspects of campaigns internally.
Adhere to brand standards in the development and execution of campaigns.
Integrate online campaigns with offline campaign marketing/advertising activities.
Develop and ensure the production of marketing and merchandising materials, in line with the marketing plan and in close cooperation with the relevant business partners, to ensure optimal commercial support.
Collect and maintain data/information concerning customers, customer satisfaction, products and services and market trends, to be better able to advice management and to execute big data analysis.
Suggest new channels when they may help us reach our audiences more effectively or efficiently. Innovate.
Lead and/or participate in various projects throughout the SHV Energy/Local organization. Collaborate with global colleagues in various offices in Europe, etc.
Prepare and execute all activities in line with SHEQ rules, regulations, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and promote awareness, including addressing anomalies to others.

Reports to Marketing Director.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related
3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing/executing digital marketing campaigns
Experience using Salesforce CRM is a major plus
Experience with Pardot or other major marketing automation platforms and demonstrated campaign success
Experience with CMS platforms and ability to make changes to web pages
Combination of B2B and B2C marketing a plus
Ability to lead marketing projects / campaigns from start to finish across diverse marketing channels.
Ability to review the brief, interpret it and brief the agency. Deals with stakeholders to resolve standard issues.
Ability to plan, track and manage budgets.
Conduct standard and non-standard data analysis
Can identify trends in data and opportunities for sales improvements.
