The Project Specialist is responsible for facilitating marketing and communication projects within a high-volume environment. The project specialist schedules and manages internal team meetings, documents project decisions, and creates process workflows for a single business unit (digital, content, or design). Leverages Agile methodology best practices to keep teams and projects operating efficiently. The successful Project Specialist must be able to identify, troubleshoot, and remove impediments early on using data-driven insights to avoid delays and increase team velocity. Must be adept at organizing and maintaining various productivity applications and project management systems, be familiar with several project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Lean), and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
