The Leasing & Property Marketing Manager is responsible for managing & executing all leasing marketing needs and supporting the Marketing Team with the implementation of shopping center marketing initiatives including tenant support & relations, event programming, digital tactics, and business development. Leasing marketing projects include but are not limited to Property Capsule, brochures, presentations, proposals, and email blasts. Property marketing strategies are focused on driving traffic to the RED portfolio of properties that support and increase retailer sales by engaging the communities through key events, digital and press initiatives, and business development with local, regional, and national sponsorships. In addition, this position provides support for special projects under the direction of the VP of Marketing (VPM). This role is on the Corporate Marketing Team based in Phoenix, AZ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Produce & graphic design high-quality, creative marketing materials customized for the property and existing tenants or prospective tenants using RED brand standards to include but not limited to brochures, presentations, and proposals.
Research housing data, demographic data, psycho graphic data, jobs data, employment data, traffic counts, etc.
Write content as it relates to research data for marketing materials.
Manage & create content on Property Capsules for all properties in the RED portfolio.
Create/manage photo files, maps, and aerial photos for all properties and each vacancy as they become available.
Create custom site and merchandising plans.
Source photographers and manage all aspects of new architectural photography projects.
Manage & oversee coordination of drone videos, ad-hoc iPhone videos and other video needs as determined.
Create email blasts as requested by Leasing team; manage the database and all aspects of the Klayvio email account; report analytics to Leasing team.
Create leasing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and any other relevant social media prospecting tools.
Lead & manage vacant window graphic needs across the portfolio; create leasing signage and vacant window graphics for each property or work with design agency as determined based on project need.
Create, monitor & track unique QR codes for leasing signage and materials.
Develop, track and manage all the Leasing Marketing budgets for each property; including invoice coding, processing & approving.
Pull and analyze Datex sales reports for tenants as needed to inform marketing strategy decisions and campaign recaps.
Monitor and manage lead gen and general leasing Outlook email account inquiries and responses
Responsible for management of all marketing aspects of company’s participation at ICSC conventions throughout the year.
Manage and execute various marketing projects related to new development projects, e.g., PV, Tempe Depot, The Grove; including but not limited to new website development, website updates, presentations, fence graphics and collateral, event coordination, social media monitoring.
Manage rendering galleries, updates and boards as needed for presentations and events.
Collaborate with brokerage partner(s) on development of new development branding, brochures and collateral needs, email blasts and website updates.
Collaborate with VPM to plan, coordinate and execute open house events for new office tenants at new developments; to include but not limited to invitation & map creation, signage, rendering board creation, catering, set-up/tear down.
Lead new tenant grand opening process in partnership with the Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) including:
Tracking tenants in LOI/negation states through execution of lease
Partner with FMMs for grand opening process and execution of all associated tactics
Initial outreach to tenant marketing contact
Press announcement coordination with PR agency
Grand opening support recaps.
Graphic design projects as needed using RED brand standards or property brand standards to include but not limited to:
Create, monitor & track unique QR codes for property signage & collateral materials.
Digital assets for property campaigns, events, promotions and partnerships
On property campaign signage
Directory design & ongoing updates
Collaborate with Marketing Team for development of Quarterly Marketing Reports for all properties, to include but not limited to:
Collaborate with VPM & DMM for weekly content creation, management & analytics reporting of RED Corporate LinkedIn channel.
Management of all property Klayvio email account databases; support Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) & FMMs as needed with monthly creation & deployment of property email blasts including but not limited to new tenant grand opening announcements.
Collaborate with DMM & FMMs with ongoing property website updates including but not limited to new tenant listings and homepage banners, property imagery updates, and quarterly content reviews.

RED Corporate Marketing
Collaborate with VPM & DMM for ongoing RED Corporate website updates and quarterly reporting.
Graphic design projects as needed for RED Corporate branded presentations, brochures, templates, collateral, and video needs.
Collaborate with VPM & DMM to manage and update content on The RED Zone employee intranet site; quarterly development of The RED Alert employee email blasts; and quarterly Town Hall presentations.

Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of related to Marketing or Graphic Design. Commercial real estate and/or related retail/shopping center marketing experience a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign; Adobe Photoshop; App management, Microsoft Suite and Canva
Ability to learn RED’s custom I-pad application, ESRI, Sites USA and CoStar applications
Knowledge of database and real estate property management applications helpful
Proficiency in Word Press, Hootsuite/Sprout Social, Klayvio or similar platforms a plus
