Manager, Talent Acquisition Ops & Recruitment Marketing
Oregon Health and Science University
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, 5-7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with demonstrated experience driving recruitment, selection, and employment related activities, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 2 years supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring the talent acquisition function follows federal, state, and local employment laws as well as organizational policies, industry-specific regulatory policies and requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and values.
- People management skills, including the ability to foster collaboration and inclusion, provide individualized support to employees, build trust and relationships with team members, and foster a team culture of engagement and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy, and adapt sourcing and other recruitment strategies across multiple professions, job levels, and position types.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain an equitable and inclusive workplace through interactions, decisions, and recommendations.
- Effective, clear, and culturally aware communication verbally and in writing.
- Effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate sensitive, emotional, or difficult situations with empathy.
- Ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges, integrating principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into solutions and approaches.
- Experience making data-driven recommendations that improve equitable hiring outcomes, an increasingly diverse workforce, and desired outcomes related to timeliness, quality, and candidate experience.
- Knowledge of change management and project management best practices and principles.
