Abbott's Nutrition division is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager for our Adult Nutrition healthcare business, leading a brand team to develop and implement brand strategies while optimising commercial returns. Reporting to the Marketing Director and based at our Maidenhead office, this role offers excellent career progression opportunities within the organisation.
Main responsibilities include:
Strong leadership competency, to include coaching and development of 3-4 direct reports.
Developing marketing strategies that maximise market potential and commercial return for a broad range of nutritional and ancillary products.
Significantly contributing to the development of the division's financial plans, alongside management of the brand P&L including full budgetary responsibility for promotional campaigns.
Being highly collaborative, communicating and influencing with all internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders and third parties.
What you'll need:
Educated to degree level, or equivalent, preferably in marketing or business related field of study.
Prior senior marketing experience, within pharmaceuticals/nutrition/healthcare and dealing with the NHS.
Experience in leading and developing people.
Proven ability to plan, organise and manage complex projects, whilst dealing with conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
An effective networker, with experience in influencing cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to assimilate complex information to identify trends, obstacles and commercial opportunities.
