Develop and execute Medical/HCP Marketing strategy for Specialty and Tolerance lines of IMF in Vietnam and PA
Drive creation of standards of care/guidelines/experience sharing programs (for Pediatricians, NICU-physicians, hospital administration, MOH experts etc). Guide and Align with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers, Sales team, SFE, Area & Affiliate Marketing, GR, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Affairs, Legal, Medical, external vendors or agencies.
Work with SFE and sales organization on go to market strategy, account planning and reporting
Provide input to the development of the total IMF portfolio. (analysis of the Specialty and tolerance line on the business; oversee the identification of key HCP segment business drivers, priorities and growth opportunities)
Work with Marketing teams (VN/Area) on major innovations, launches, CME
Align with the PA affiliates and Area Marketing teams and establish Medical/HCP marketing strategies including HCP promotional campaigns, KOL engagement and Advisory Boards, HCP engagement programs, and leadership at key scientific/clinical professional meetings and through professional society involvement/endorsement.
Create VN and Regional HCP marketing plans by HCP and participate in the creation of local HCP marketing plans, identify areas of concern and provide input to modify marketing programs to drive effectiveness of HCP engagement.
Manage the allocation of Medical/HCP Marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Develop and execute situation analysis and assessment of opportunities, ongoing surveillance of emerging technologies and competitive activities, KOL advisory boards and HCP focus groups
Identify future research needs to aid in plan/ long- range plan development for HCP engagement.
Design and monitor key business indicators. Create success criteria to deliver overall plan/ project success.
Analyze multiple external data points to identify risk / opportunities, and create contingency plans as needed.
Requirement:
Min 2-3 years of hospital product management
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and hospital purchasing practices in VN
Proactivity/Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
Effective leadership competencies
Financial and budget management experience and skills.
Ability to translate insights into business & brand implications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills including experience with financial models.
Applies data to support business decisions, strategies, contingency plans, and to provide direction to others
Preferred Qualifications:
Work with NICU/ experience is strongly preferred
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and hospital purchasing practices in PA
Knowledge of health care/economic indicators that influence the category and whether/how to influence them.
Business or Marketing degree with MBA strongly preferred
