This is an exciting time for Barnard, an institution of higher education that is devoted to empowering young women to pursue their passions. As part of a department-wide evolution of our constituent relationship, fundraising, and engagement platforms—including a transition to Salesforce as our CRM database of record—a new role has been created to manage the Development and Alumnae Relations department's transition to—and ongoing implementation and maintenance of—Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will report to the Director, Development and Alumnae Communications and will work closely with all Development and Alumnae Relations teams in developing solutions to ensure the department is utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud—including associated and integrated applications—effectively and fully. This position provides a tremendous opportunity for professional growth, including a hands-on learning experience with a top digital marketing automation and analytics platform, and the ability to make important decisions and help chart a course for Barnard's fundraising and engagement future.

●Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
●Strong understanding of relational databases and marketing and communications
●Experience integrating relational databases, software platforms, etc. with other applications
