The Content Curator is part of the Content & Client Engagement team. This multifaceted role is tasked with advancing marketing goals through compelling and captivating content curated and created for inclusion in our marketing campaigns. As a highly collaborative team member, this individual will coordinate with internal and external business partners to increase awareness of showcased marketing programs, integrate relevant content across key initiatives, and help drive advisor and client engagement.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of content and execution of marketing programs.
Evaluate and select assets - such as stories, articles, webpages, images, and videos, from a wide variety of online sources - to build relevant and compelling advisor-led to consumer campaigns .
Design and facilitate turn-key content programs that amplify enterprise activities and promote and sustain field partner engagement and utilization.
Research emerging trends and technologies in financial services products and digital content creation and curation.
Maintain accuracy, relevance, and currency of library of assets to optimize use and maintain efficacy.
Skills required to ensure success include:
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Copywriting and Editing: Knowledge of copywriting and editing; ability to write, review and edit texts and documents to promote marketing.
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
Marketing Systems: Knowledge of components and functionality of marketing systems; ability to utilize an organization's marketing information systems in various business circumstances.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Search Engine Marketing(SEM): Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid advertising methods and technologies; ability to drive traffic, promote products/services and grow business using SEM.
Social Media Marketing Management: Knowledge of social media; ability to develop and use social media strategies and tools to increase sales by strengthening brand identity, visibility, and reputation.

The ideal candidate is a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment while driving strategic messages to key stakeholders. The role requires big thinking with attention to details that make it easy for Field Partners to activate relevant content and client engagement programming.
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communication
3+ years of experience in content development and strategy
Strong listening and writing skills, and a natural capability to think strategically while delivering tactical results
Understanding of or experience working within a regulatory and compliance framework is a plus
Financial Services industry experience is a plus
