The Team: S&P Global Ratings is looking for a data focused demand generation specialist to work within the marketing organization to enhance customer segmentations, manage marketing tools, and generate reports to inform and drive essential business decisions.

Enhance, maintain, and grow our database. This role is responsible in ensuring our existing database is up to our quality standards and to maintain and improve its quality over time. In addition, they will support our lead generation efforts for new and existing products.
Conduct market research to aid in building/enhancing our product focused segmentations.
Conduct both qualitive and quantitative analysis to help marketing understand our impact on the commercial team (marketing generated leads, number of leads converted, revenue influenced by marketing, etc.).
Generate reports to better understand the impact of our marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and enhance marketing technologies including our marketing automation platform and other 3rd party tools.
Work closely with global stakeholders to recommend and implement initiatives that enhance our understanding of our customer segments and how best to communicate with them.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
Has experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite and other tools used to gather marketing related metrics.
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office. (must know how to use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams)
Comfortable performing data analysis and presenting findings to Ratings leadership team and other stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $46,200 to $105,400. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
