What You'll Bring:
5+ of experience in a product management or commensurate role, ideally in the digital ad-tech space.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes and techniques; and solid understanding of ad-tech ecosystem across multiple channels including display, mobile, OTT/Addressable, and social.
Experience with data management, audience development, and data onboarding.
Experience using, engaging, and managing internal or external data marketplaces.
Familiarity with data sourcing, data use rights, data privacy and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with remote teams, within and across teams, and be flexible within a dynamic environment with strong energy, drive and enthusiasm balanced with patience, persistence, and diplomacy.
Experience working in agile development teams and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment.

The Product Manager, Marketing Solutions will fill a key role on the fast-growing TransUnion Marketing Solutions team, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management. In this role you will focus on the strategy, development, distribution, and overall product management of TransUnion Syndicated Audiences. This is both strategic and hands-on position, and you will serve as a key decision-maker. On the day-to-day basis, below are some of the ways you can contribute to make an impact:
Develop a deep understanding of TransUnion Syndicate Audiences, how they are sourced, developed, and monetized.
Collect "voice of customer" and product requirements from, and validate product concepts with, key stakeholders.
Set strategy and prioritization of initiative supporting syndicated audiences.
Conduct financial analysis to track product revenue, assess product profitability and growth rates, identify financial trends, and calibrate pricing models.
Build and own the product roadmap and product feature backlog.
Write features and stories to support the development, delivery, and refresh of syndicated audiences.
Work hand in hand with the partnership, operations, and engineering teams to own the vendor/partner integrations.
Manage compliance review and questions related to existing and new solutions.
Work with cross functional teams to prioritize, troubleshoot, and deliver new products.
Demonstrate solid verbal, interpersonal/teamwork, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical and critical thinking skills, detail-orientation and technical aptitude.
