Detailed Job Description Each year, the Enrollment Management division works to enroll approximately 5,000 new students and provides financial aid information and services to more than 12,000 students. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Marketing, the Enrollment Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Enrollment Marketing team that leverages creativity and technology to educate, inform, and engage prospective students, parents, counselors, and others on the benefits and value of an RIT experience. The Enrollment Marketing Specialist will use market research and data to develop strategies for communicating appropriate information to primary influencers of prospective students; specifically parents, school counselors, transfer counselors, and university career services offices. In addition to strategy development, the Enrollment Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for creating multi-channel campaigns to deliver communications (print, email, SMS, web) to prospective student influencers. The position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Marketing.

Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field 3 or more years of experience
Strong writing and communication skills
In-depth knowledge marketing to high school and college-aged students
Knowledge of trends, best practices, and technology in and content creation and marketing
