As a professional firmly rooted in digital marketing and communications, and equally versed in both the established and emerging digital platforms, this role is expected to anticipate and identify digital media trends before they are accepted in the mainstream. Through a background in performance marketing and content management, a demonstrated record of success, and a desire to advance change in one of the most operationally significant (by budget, audience, and activity) marketing operations in higher education, this role is responsible for the institution’s top-funnel growth for undergraduate enrollment.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this person will be a data-driven marketer who directly manages integrated lead generation strategies (including vendor management, strategy development, creative execution, and assessment), and oversees the full-funnel digital journey for prospective students in a transnational context using a broad spectrum of tools (web content management, e-mail, social media, video, paid media, search engine optimization, etc).

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 3+ years experience in the marketing/communications field, preferably in the context of a college or university, similar organization, or agency.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience in email marketing, managing web content and analytics and reporting. Experience with web content management systems, and HTML. Experience with enterprise information systems (e.g. CRM). Excellent writing and communications skills. The ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines. Proficiency in web content development methodology, software, and standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excited to learn about and engage Gen Z across multiple channels and contexts.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with coding and web development.
