The Marketing Performance Specialist will provide valuable insights to optimize marketing campaigns and activities in support of driving growth for practices in The US Oncology Network, , which is made up of more than 60 independent medical practices and 1400 community-based oncologists across the country.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of patient and physician marketing initiatives and their impact on consumer awareness, new patient acquisition and practice profitability for The US Oncology Network. Initiatives could include website development and enhancement, SEO and SEM programs, social media, physician reputation management, email campaigns, ad campaigns, and more.
Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way to varying audiences
Create insightful executive dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly and succinctly highlight actionable insights combined with business implications / strategic and tactical options.
Execute ad-hoc initiatives to advance the marketing support delivered to practices in The Network including efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness such as automation implementations, workflow enhancements and scorecard development
Use advanced analytical and statistical practices to create thorough and actionable insights.
Execute novel opportunities, using a philosophy to create pilots to validate proof of concept before taking key learnings to expand
Provide reporting and analytical support to Practice Growth and Marketing function to identify trends and to uncover opportunities
Work collaboratively with team and internal business partners to clearly define campaign scope, objectives, targeting & measurement plan for marketing initiatives
Support the creation of case studies to demonstrate the impact of Practice Growth and Marketing activities
Support the mapping of patient journeys and touchpoints and identify opportunities to enhance patient experiences and generate incremental revenues.
4-year Bachelor's degree
2+ years Project Management Expertise
4+ years relevant experience in a business intelligence, analytics, marketing, or sales role
Healthcare experience preferred
Demonstrated analytical skills and financial acumen
Knowledge of and experience with analytics, data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Google Analytics, etc.), databases (Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Strong analytical & data mining skills
Strong strategic planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills; must be adept at presenting and making recommendations to senior management
Ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously
Detail oriented and accountable
