Marketing / Program Associate (part-time & remote)

UWRA seeks a part-time associate (15-20 hours per month) to provide marketing and program support for the association.
Reporting to the CEO, the individual will provide support in the following areas:
Assist CEO in scheduling, coordinating, and promoting UWRA's virtual events.
Maintain association's event calendar and serve as association's project manager for all events.
Draft event descriptions and coordinate planning with moderators.
Maintain association's communications calendar.
Assist CEO in creating and managing member communications and materials for current and prospective individual and organizational members.
We are a small association that serves a membership base of approximately 600 current and former United Way leaders. Two part-time employees, 8-10 consultants, a 16-member working Board of Directors, and dozens of volunteers help us accomplish much more than our limited resources might suggest. The work environment is busy but flexible, efficient and fun.
Candidates with the following skills and experience will excel in this role:
Exceptional attention to detail
Extremely organized; able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent written communication skills; copywriting experience a plus
Self-directed and collaborative teammate
Technical aptitude and experience with multiple technology platforms
