The Digital Project Manager is responsible for providing agile project oversight for multiple digital and web projects. These projects include, but are not limited to website implementations, as well as, day to day management of the current websiteâ€™s development and optimization. This role will act as a liaison between CHRISTUS Healthâ€™s digital team, external web designers and developers and our internal Information Services teams.

Identify, analyze and mitigate risks to maximize the results and minimize the consequences.
Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope and timing, based on business needs
Manage the planning and execution of digital programs and projects that achieve defined business objective
Assist team in developing well-defined processes for tracking key project milestones, risks and recommend adjustments
Communicate project and program strategy, direction, and changes to business leadership, peer groups, and business partners
Sell, evangelize, and motivate peers and business partners to contribute time to a project effort
