Assist the Director of Tickets/Marketing in planning, developing, coordinating, and performing ticket sales, marketing, and promotional activities for and in conjunction with Loyola University’s varsity athletic teams. Responsible for writing ticket sales and marketing plans for designated sports designed to generate interest and awareness, promote fan attendance, and generate ticket revenue. Develop game day scripts for video board, music, and public address announcements for designated sports. Implement scripts at home sporting events, coordinating with campus and internal groups, video coordinator, sponsorship sales staff, technical services, band, cheerleaders, The Pack, and outside groups. Manage ticket operations for selected sports including the set up and management of online sales and live events, ticket reporting, and the supervision of student sales staff. Coordinate on-field and on-court presentations with University and external groups and individuals at various sporting and special events. Actively develop and use social media to further marketing and branding efforts of individual sports and Loyola Athletics.
A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization
Previous work experience in collegiate athletics, preferably with Division I marketing and/or promotions.
