Job Description CVS Health is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst that will collaborate with business partners to focus on excellence in targeting/execution to unlock customer and category growth through increasing our Reach, improving our Relevance and investment through Rewards. Drive performance of our Loyalty and Personalization & Enterprise programs through best in class operations and leveraging our capabilities to the fullest.
You will have the ability to multi-task, be able to quickly transform data into actionable customer centric insights and provide recommendations in an energizing environment. This position has a high focus on accuracy and on-time delivery of targeting, continuous collaboration with strategic partners and strong support for process innovation on how we execute campaigns
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
â¢ Ability to work with a variety of business partners to transform high level business strategies into executable and scalable for multi-channel campaigns
â¢ Present clearly and effectively to business partners and leadership findings and recommendations to improve the customer performance in a short timeframe
â¢ Utilize various analyzing/statistical techniques to develop data driven customer insights and campaign deep dive analysis to maximize the incrementality, return on investment (ROI) response rates (engagement rates) on cross campaigns
â¢ Manage business rules and campaign suppressions to ensure customer targeting quality to achieve business partners campaign objectives
â¢ Execute analysis on structured/unstructured data to solve complex business problems and perform deep dive campaign analysis using advanced statistical techniques by leveraging statistical tools like Teradata, SAS, R and Python
â¢ Identify business process improvement opportunities and work with the team to bridge the gap
â¢ Have a strong understanding of financial and strategic measurement to ensure all needed KPIâ™s in new and existing campaigns can be measured and reported to the business
Required Qualifications â¢ Strong oral and written communication skills to present complex analytics to a broad audience in a clear and effective manner â¢ Ability to quickly assess and understand business requirements to execute as well as propose recommendations to ensure reach and relevance are maximized for our customers â¢ Excellent attention to detail. Ability to identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and anomalies â¢ Experience in QC of written SQL code to ensure accuracy of segmentation output â¢ Strong multi-tasking skills: must be able to balance multiple analytical projects, partners, vendors and timelines. Ability to reprioritize, seamlessly communicate the required changes and impacts to all effected parties
Preferred Qualifications â¢ Keen interest in continued learning and intellectual curiosity â¢ Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills â¢ Ability to build complex but efficient analytical queries and communicate segmentation output to management & key stakeholders effectively and succinctly â¢ Expertise to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines â¢ Enjoy building strong working relationships with team and cross functional partners â¢ Comfortability to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities
Education 4 years of Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Engineering/ programming, Information Technology, Mathematics, quantitative analysis, finance, statistics or 2-3 years of experience with a Master's Degree. MBA or Masters in these disciplines
