M Health Fairview, and its customer innovation studioGPHRare seeking a smart, resourceful, seasoned and digitally-minded marketer to help lead its efforts to create a healthcare system thats more affordable, accessible, equitable, digitally-connected and patient centered.
The GPHR studio focuses on the development of customer experiences and content, dedicated to growing the strength of the M Health Fairview brand, as well as its share of patients. GPHR focuses on a small number of high priority projects, and is organized around small, integrated teams (known as PODs) working in agile. All activities within GPHR, and initiated by the PODs, will be supported by a select group of shared strategic, technical and creative services. Those who thrive within GPHR are comfortable both leading and learning in a highly strategic, creative, fast-moving and collaborative environment.
The Marketing Manager role will be a part of Shared Services, supporting strategic and creative GPHR initiatives. This person will act as a liaison between GPHR and cross-functional teams consisting of select M Health Fairview Service Line leaders (e.g. Cancer Care, Heart Care, Neurosciences, Womens and Childrens, etc.), as well as internal and external creative partners.
This person needs to be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to innovation, collaboration and partnership. The Marketing Manager should also possess a strong business acumen and strategic thinking skillsalong with accountability and attention to detail. They must also be comfortable leading multiple projects and navigating key stakeholders through strategic, creative and financial problem-solving and decision-making.
Most importantly, this person must possess a commitment to improving the healthcare experience through an obsession with understanding consumers, and a passion for being a Health Champion, a System Challenger and a Moment Maker.
Develops, executes, and analyzes marketing initiatives tied to addressing service line needs related to patient experience, content development and brand/marketing engagement.
Translates business goals and consumer insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies.
Serves as consumer advocate ensuring voice of consumer is represented throughout customer experience design and content development.
Comfortable working in a nimble, empowered, agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders in Marketing, IT, Operations and healthcare service lines
Effectively manages strategic briefs, budgets, timelines and the production of content and creative assetswith both internal and external partners
Manage outside vendors/agency partners to execute creative projects, with an eye towards developing breakthrough work in a cost-efficient manner.
Bias for action, customer obsession, ability to dive deep into details, and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role.
BS or BA or equivalent combination of education/experience
5-10 years of experience in consumer-driven marketing organization or creative agency
Proven track record of driving successful strategic marketing strategy and execution instrumental to driving effective, customer-centric outcomes
Curiosity and drive to deeply understand the customer, as well as the business of healthcare
The ability to analyze, interpret and synthesize data into a compelling story
Drive and courage to champion bold, innovative ideas; consistently strive to improve the work, learn from results and be the voice of the consumer
Able to objectively interpret research, extract insights, link to strategies, and communicate complex ideas in a simple, motivating way.
Highly collaborative enjoys working within and across teams, and values partnering on work with a variety of teammates and stakeholders.
Strong creative and cross-channel media acumen
Self-starter and highly self-motivated, assumes personal accountability for results and performance.
PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
