OCBC is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic VP of Digital Sales (Growth Marketing) for Frank. In this role, you will lead brand and marketing acquisition and retention initiatives to drive growth for Frank in Singapore. To succeed in this role, a digital-first, analytical mindset and creativity (i.e. willingness to think-outside-the-box and not be afraid to experiment) are key. Responsibilities
Lead and build the annual GTM/ performance marketing strategy and acquisition roadmap for the product(s)
Work with cross functional teams to drive implementation of the strategies & operations (channels/ platforms/ budget etc)
Complete ownership of marketing budget to deliver against revenue goals and marketing KPI's
Create, manage and deliver marketing campaigns across different stages of the user-journey (awareness, acquisition, retention, conversion) and channels (paid, owned and earned media) to drive the targets and KPI's
Work closely with all agency partners (Media, Creative, CRM) and drive thought leadership
Deliver brand leadership and customer advocacy with a digital-first approach
Analyse marketing performance data across platforms (FB/ IG/ Google/ Adobe) to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Desire and belief that finance can be a positive force in Singaporean society.
Demonstrated knowledge of behaviors, tendencies and preferences of Frank target audience
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines
Experience in leading a small team of 2-3 people a plus.
Brand and digital marketing experience with Banking/ Start-up's/ Technology/ Consumer Electronics/ Ecommerce/Video games etc
Experience in retail sales and marketing and/or partnership marketing a plus.
Strong growth track record with results of past campaigns.
Working Knowledge of basic MarTech and AdTech stack across platforms and channels
