The Associate Director, Marketing Immunology, is a member of the Immunology franchise launch team. This person is responsible for marketing activities which will maximize net sales and market share of our Immunology biosimilars. S/he will also contribute to the development and execution of the overall US brand plan with specific responsibilities for contributing to the development of the annual marketing plan/tactics and leading execution. Focus will be on establishing market access, driving HCP education, and patient pull through to drive sales and market share to maximize the opportunity.
The Associate Director, Marketing reports to the Brand Lead, Immunology. The scope of responsibilities for the Associate Director, Marketing will be strategic and operational in nature.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Contribute to the development and execution of the Immunology biosimilar brand strategy, annual marketing and tactical plans * Contribute to the development and execution of a US business & brand plan(s) to maximize the success of Immunology biosimilar launches into the various therapeutic areas and indications * Collaborate with Brand Lead to build and maintain solid relationships with key external customers such as thought leaders, provider organizations, and other key external customers and stakeholders * Serve as lead for marketing deliverables and messaging to field teams (sales, payer access, patient access) * Agency management including a comprehensive resource plan and budget, and execute against development and approval of new resources and budget utilization * Anticipate impact of environmental factors on key customer segments (legislative, economic, clinical, advocacy) to develop proactive tools and resources addressing customer needs * Active member of the cross-functional US/Global launch management teams to support the adaptation of Global strategies to the US market to maximize the launch performance * Work cross functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, Digital, Insights and Analytics and other teams, to develop and execute synergistic hybrid programs * Support Brand Lead with analytics, program metrics and presentations to senior management * Manage allocated promotional budget; including prioritization of select tactics, which will drive optimal brand, pull through for US market * Ensure adherence and compliance to all Sandoz and Novartis policies and procedures
