This dynamic organization has a new position for an Insights Senior Consultant to own the definition, management, and communication of data, insights, and analytics requirements that needed to operate Marketing and measure and communicate results to the business.
Work you'll do
Translate business needs into Marketing requirements and work with insights and analytics teams across the organization to adapt the current state to meet evolving business needs
Support analysis and insights for market assessments, business go-to-market planning, and account strategy planning as it relates to Marketing
Develop Marketing industry trends and summary reports that are easily accessible by business partners
Serve as insights and analytics champion advocating for a data-driven culture by training and coaching colleagues on how to make data-driven decision
Create standardized metrics reports on marketing effectiveness and business impact; train Consulting Marketing on how to build the reports; assist with the development and socialization of reports on an as needed basis
Identify opportunities to leverage data, insights, and analytics to improve business outcomes and deliver associated tools, projects and programs
Develop ongoing analysis on overall Consulting marketing investment performance, program ROI, client acquisition, cross-sell and upsell; present to senior marketing management and business executive teams.
Proactively research and explore Marketing data, analytics and insights to identify trends, discover KPIs, and determine how they could drive business and Marketing impact
Convey complex data, analytics, and insights in simple, easily understandable, and digestible formats that are tailored to various audiences ranging from Marketers to business leaders
5+ years professional experience in a marketing insights, data, or analytical role
Deep interest and experience in conducting quantitative analyses and forecasting program results
Experience in CRM solutions, marketing automation, and other marketing technology is a plus
Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to direct and handle multiple, simultaneous workstreams under deadline pressure
Established ability to learn new tools and technologies
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of people, including senior level leaders
Availability for limited travel, if needed
Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product delivery
