The Marketing Assistant (m/f) supports the regional sales and assist regional Product Manager to implement the regional marketing strategy of the Orthopaedic Instruments division which contribute to optimize customer satisfaction and to continued growth across the Orthopaedic Instruments medical device portfolio.
You will be responsible for Central Europe Region (FR,BNL) to :
Answer sales inquiries or needs
Assist with product, technical or competitive questions
Co-travel to customers for product presentation
Support In-field sales and marketing team if necessary
Support for sales forces education
Manage regional communication
Newsletter & content platform Update
Sales and training materials
Create new support such as videos/brochures
Coordinate Event (planning, HCP contract, attendance, logistics, communication and budget)
Manage demo kits (creation, follow-up & upgrade)
Assist with market & sales analysis
Assist with tender responses
Assist with development and implementation of the regional marketing plan
Assist with European activities and project of the EU marketing team
You will be:
Working closely with product managers and sales forces, brand managers, marketing associates and other interns to plan and execute projects
Working closely with internal partners such as customer services, quality, regulatory, finance, operations ..
In frequent interaction via Teams or equivalent with team members located in France and Benelux and across Europe
Managing multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Developing an understanding of specific products and portfolios, including competition
Primary research and secondary data analysis
Education / Experience Requirement:
Master degree or equivalent preferably marketing, economics, business, engineering
This position is for beginner patterns - experience such as internship
Experience with digital marketing is a plus
Fluent in French and Strong verbal and written skills in English

Strong initiative, self-management skills and ambitious
Ability to work independently with guidance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer proficiency; ability to work with and understand Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, edit in PDF, use MS Outlook - ability to create and manipulate complex excel spreadsheets and Adobe digital skills a bonus!
Ability to work with cross-functional partners developing positive working relationships
Strong organizational skills, particularly time management and prioritization
