Collaborates with faculty on market research and new program development for in person, online and blended programs.
Oversees integrated marketing campaigns ensuring creative deliverables are met and aligned with overall campaign objectives for Custom and Open Enrollment Executive Education programs.
Ensures sales and enrollment advisors nurture and convert open leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Develops annual calendar of marketing activities, execute daily objectives, implement A/B testing, and review, report and optimize regularly based on analytics.
Develops and maintains digital strategy including, UX/navigation, paid media, search, social, email and lead scoring, nurturing and enablement.
Manages outside creative and production vendor and agency relationships to maximize effectiveness; creates clear performance metrics with vendors and agencies; holds vendors and agencies accountable for performance.
Ensures compliance with Chicago Booth brand standards on internal and external marketing materials.
Identifies latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing outreach that can be applied to current and future marketing campaigns and processes.
Manages Executive Education budget for all marketing and sales campaigns, channels and tools.
Collaborates with University partners to ensure the Booth Executive Education brand and presence is heightened for brand awareness and lead gen development.
Manages managers and professional staff. Manages the development, scheduling, and implementation of programs and marketing communications. Will also evaluate the effectiveness of programs and revise the curriculum as needed.
Manages and maintains contact with client organizations. Also engages in activities that promote programs, including speaking at professional and alumni gatherings, writing articles, and presenting papers.
Performs other related work as needed.
At least ten years of relevant professional experience.
Previous team management and budget management experience.
Data-driven marketer with experience in CRM and marketing automation, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
Detail oriented, highly analytical, skilled at making data-driven decisions and experienced in developing and delivering timely reports to track progress.
Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of how to prioritize workflow.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Exceptional ability to deal with stressful/demanding work situations without disruption of efficiency.
Manage cross-functionally across an organization and work with external partners.
Adapt quickly to and manage changes in daily workflow.
Understand and balance the different priorities of Executive Education.
Lead staff members and work successfully as member of team.
Work flexible hours according to demands of business.
