Work with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for how, when and where content is delivered to clients across multiple digital properties to support the Institutional business. Lead the creation and distribution of content to support Institutional and Intermediary business initiatives for social and paid media, and assist in managing those distribution channels.
- Manage creation of communications and publishing of deliverables for social media content and campaigns, including social media that supports Institutional business needs. - Partner with media director and media agency on go-to-market paid media strategy for reaching the Institutional audience, and work with internal creative team and stakeholders on campaign messaging and advertising and/ or sponsored event deliverables - Monitor social media profiles daily and partner with compliance teams on publishing procedures that meet content standards and regulatory requirements - Partner with Corporate Comms/PR and other internal stakeholders to develop event-driven social media publishing calendar and content that supports brand-building for Institutional and Intermediary businesses. Content to include promoting high-value media interviews, the firm's D&I initiatives, the Columbia Threadneedle Investments Boston Triathlon and virtual- and in-person industry events. - Utilize data from multiple sources to evaluate campaign and project performance, and partner with internal data teams to communicate results - Routinely identify improvement opportunities for content on our owned digital channels and execute on them - Maintain our library of existing paid media/advertising assets
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - 5-7 years relevant experience - Careful attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communications skills - Strategic mindset- Knowing what questions to ask and being able to anticipate partner/ stakeholder needs - Ability to move easily between strategic thinking and managing relevant detail - Managing development and execution of digital content (blogs, videos, social media, etc.) - Demonstrating knowledge or ability to learn SalesForce MarketingCloud Social Studio, Twitter Media Studio, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Demonstrated ability to stay organized across multiple campaign and media initiatives, and associated inventories of creative assets
