Summary of Position: This position plays a highly valued role in the company’s business development and marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of our Business Development and Marketing team. While you will have exposure to all facets and members of the department, your primary focus will be to develop proposals and other materials necessary to win new business pursuits. A great deal of cross-coordination with other departments, including Preconstruction, Project and Field teams is expected.
Coordinate with proposal team to develop and produce new business proposals
Develop support materials, print and digital presentations to support new business pursuits
Create new marketing collateral targeted at specific business development efforts
Play key role in keeping Blach at the cutting edge of proposal quality to ensure branding and quality control for all proposals and new business pursuits meets or exceeds current standards
Support corporate marketing programs as time allows
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all members of the BDM team, the company and outside business partners

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study
Relevant experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience preferred
Must have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload in a fun, but deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
Must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required
Knowledge of Cosential CRM preferred
