Lecturer or Assistant Teaching Professor of Marketing
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University is now accepting applications to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels within the Marketing Department. Primary courses to be taught include, but are not limited to: Professional Sales. Additional responsibilities could include: participating in department service activities, as required, including advising undergraduate students.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver course materials through a number of delivery modes (online, hybrid, in-person).
Depending on the departmental needs, teaching assignments may be one course for one semester or up to four courses per semester for up to three years, with the possibility of renewal.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
-MBA degree or Masterâs degree in Marketing or a related field -Must meet the collegeâs faculty qualification standards for AACSB Accreditation
-Experience teaching university level marketing or related courses -Commensurate managerial experience in sales, marketing or related area
