Assist with product marketing strategy and campaign development, including messaging and content creation.
Provide day-to-day execution and project management for priority product marketing campaigns supporting a variety of investment solutions and vehicles.
Interface with global colleagues across channels, including stakeholders in product management, client management, compliance, technology and all marketing departments (brand, creative, digital, channel, financial writers).
Design and execute promotional plans for marketing materials including sales collateral, webcasts, videos and thought leadership papers.
Manage the development and production of product marketing materials across a fully integrated communications platform.
Collect and analyze metrics and KPIs for marketing-related activities, preparing reports for stakeholders and making recommendations based on findings
Coordinate closely with global colleagues and resources to ensure strict adherence to PIMCOâ€™s brand standards and to harness best practices across geographies and business channels.
Keep abreast of industry and competitor best practices and make recommendations.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably on a client-facing or marketing team.
Proven marketing expertise, preferably with experience in content creation, digital marketing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Exceptional organizational and program management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage a large number of ongoing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities through commitment to quality, attention to detail and use of effective interpersonal and communication skills, including working with cross-functional teams effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization, and present these findings to stakeholders.
Inquisitive self-starter, ability to flourish within the firmâ€™s demanding, fast-paced, and highly focused environment with shifts in priorities as business needs dictate.
Strong ability to acknowledge and adapt to diverse styles, cultures and languages.
Confident and skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as the Adobe platform.
Familiarity with basic technology applications and content management systems (including Box, Smartsheets, and Google Analytics) is preferred.
