Our team is determined to develop the best in class digital shelf presence across McKesson eCommerce channels. The Associate Marketing Manager eCommerce will have an opportunity to wear a variety of hats and be involved in multiple marketing projects spanning content creation and management, including copywriting, SEO/SEM, graphic design, planning and execution. Also, responsible for leveraging digital and content marketing best practices to ensure our programs create consumer engagement and interaction resulting in online demand and ultimately, sales revenue.

Remote work from home will be considered for advanced skills.

Job Summary

As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will be contributing to the aggressive growth of the eCommerce channel and our B2C website. Planning, developing and executing digital programs, crafting content that is robust, SEO optimized, keyword and content rich, ready to launch on our B2C.com site, Marketplaces, eRetailers, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, emerging - Google, Pinterest, and others. You will also be responsible for the continuous development and management of ecommerce content creation and identify data-driven insights to improve performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and content management, including editorial calendar for B2C.com sites, marketplaces, eRetailers. Experience with Wordpress and other content management platforms
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAAS eCommerce platforms , experience with Bigcommerce or other e Commerce channels or platforms.
• Developing, planning, implementing, tracking and measurement of digital programs, promotional offers across multiple platforms, B2C.com, Social channels, FB, IG, LI, Pinterest, Google Shopping, etc.
• Experience with Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager
• Excellent communication skills

Critical Skills

• Experience in digital marketing - planning, developing, executing marketing programs and integrating programs via social channels (FB, IG, LI, Pinterest, Google Shopping, etc.) to drive traffic
• Managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables, i.e. Developing and managing the B2C.com content calendar
• Creating content (copywriting, SEO/SEM, graphic design, imagery, comparison charts, checklists) for use in marketplaces, eRetailers, B2C.com, social, email, etc., make revisions and management of content updates though content management systems to improve SEO rankings, consumer engagement, education and retention
• Assist in managing 3rd party agencies, i.e. affiliate, advertising
• Working in concert with stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Strategy and Supplier Partnerships
• Experience and ability to learn new technologies, platforms & techniques to help drive customer engagement & revenue.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and a self-starter.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience.
