Department Description
The South East Asia and Middle East marketing team is responsible for managing the Fidelity brand in accordance with global and regional guidelines, ensuring the South East Asia and Middle East market is leveraging and building on Fidelity's brand strength in the marketplace. The marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy and activity for the various business channels, working in close partnership with the distribution teams and regional marketing resources to develop and implement key initiatives that include above and below the line marketing activities.
Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for developing of product and marketing material in South East Asia and Middle East to ensure a competitively strong, well-positioned communication programme is executed in the local markets. This will primarily involve partnering with distribution, understanding local market needs and developing a product communication plan executing against those needs, and measuring effectiveness of our campaigns and content. This will include the development of sales support material as well as content for various distribution channels (EDMs, social and web) in partnership with internal regional resources. You will also be responsible for management of monthly fund commentaries and responsible for publishing of fund factsheets and associated fund collateral on our website.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing Partner with the local distribution teams to help generate new and differentiated building visions for below-the-line product content such as fund flyers, sales deck updates and videos that align to our product pillars. Liaise with regional product marketing to develop outstanding product marketing campaigns and content based on customer insights to meet the needs of SEA/MEA markets. Support the development of marketing communications around strategic pillars such as Sustainable Investing. Management of monthly and quarterly fund commentaries and responsible for publication of monthly fund fact sheets on website. Manage the product marketing areas of the SEA/ME websites. Ensure that marketing related materials and programmes meet regulatory requirements such as deliver monthly composition of dividend payments report, dissemination of regulatory reports and corporate action communication notices and performing audit checks of factsheets. Represent marketing on any product development forums related to SEA/ME. Content marketing Deliver timely, topical content through to advisers, investors and institutions through our regular and ad-hoc EDMs, webcasts, videos, social media and sponsored content to deliver market- leading insights. Champion Marketo within the SEA/MEA team for the execution of communications, tracking and analysis results and communicating to stakeholders. Manage the content calendar to support visibility of our product shelf and solutions and ensure timely and coordinated delivery of content through channels. Monitor content KPIs to ensure engagement measures are met. Website & digital marketing Ensure the web content is up-to-date using our CMS system or where appropriate, working with our digital agency for both campaigns and regular updates. Assistance with digital amplification channels e.g. social media, search and display. Collaborate with the regional Digital team for the delivery of new product initiatives on the website. Campaigns/events Provide assistance with content for events including presentations, content writing and invitations. Marketo support for events.
