About the Opportunity: The Performance Marketing Specialist works closely with Performance Marketing leadership to manage the execution of demand generation and conversion campaigns across key audiences to support growth for Northeastern University degree programs. He/she will implement lead generation strategies and manage channel level performance against well-defined measurement frameworks. The Performance Marketing Specialist will work to drive growth in the generation of new prospective students for the University. They will partner closely with agency partners and cross-functional members of the enrollment management team to launch, measure, and optimize campaigns across digital channels that may include PPC, display, paid social, etc. They will be focused on continuous improvement - seeking opportunities for testing and improvements within campaigns. He/she will partner with the entire enrollment management team including program and regional marketing, international enrollment, analytics, counseling, and the customer experience teams. The focus of collaboration across these groups will include reporting and sharing insights on the performance of campaigns with key stakeholders, managing creative requests, and identifying reporting requirements in support of annual plans.
