Join our newly created design team with Bank of Singapore as a Production Manager!! Audio and video are everywhere, from traditional delivery platforms such as television to the smartphone in your pocket. To meet the growing demands of audio-visual production to support Bank of Singapore's digital roadmap and strategy, we are looking for a highly organised, dynamic, and forward-thinking Production Manager to join the Creative Marketing team. As part of the COO Office and likened to an advertising agency but in-house within the Bank, the Creative Marketing is Bank of Singapore's brand guardian and supports the Bank in the development of key client communications and corporate/product marketing collaterals (including videos and application software i.e. apps) to promote products and services targeted at private wealth management individuals. Responsibilities: - Oversee and organise all the needs of film/video and event broadcast production, and overall operations of the Bank of Singapore film studios.
- Manage the entire production process from start to finish, from pre-production to post production and dissemination, ensuring seamless experiences for staff and clients.
- Work closely and efficiently with the Multimedia team and Design & Branding team (both part of the Creative Marketing team) and external production staff (if required), handle production budgets, prepare permits and documents (if necessary).
- Support daily production tasks, ensure production schedules and scripts are prepared and timelines are adhered to, including timely communications to all parties involved e.g. stakeholders, attendees, speakers etc.
- Manage and problem-solve production issues (technical and visual), anticipate bottlenecks, clarify production priorities, identify and escalate risks (internally and externally) to key stakeholders and assess viability.
- Collaborate and form productive working relationships with various teams in the Bank e.g. Events, IT, Finance, Product Management etc. and external production vendors.
- As Creative Marketing is the brand guardian of the Bank, to familiarise and ensure adherence to the Bank's branding guidelines in all productions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, or related field with a minimum of 5-10 years of television, film and/or event broadcasting production experience.
- Experience with live streaming and webinar/streaming platforms, and the ability to communicate with production companies in a professional, television/video production industry-relevant manner.
- Substantial experience and knowledgeable in all aspects of film/video and event broadcast production with a network of contacts in the industry.
- Proactive and highly organised with excellent administrative and communication skills, both oral and written, the ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and handle multiple productions with challenging deadlines efficiently and productively.
- Capable of working independently and managing varying needs with a collaborative mindset.
- Must have a passion for film/video and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with our staff, clients and the public, willingness to keep track of industry trends and eagerness to learn for self-improvement and application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other project management softwares.
- Proficiency in event broadcast platforms/softwares e.g. TriCaster and video editing softwares e.g. Premiere Pro, AfterEffects etc.
