Currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxembourg based Private Equity firm, for Distribution Officer to take on regulated responsibilities for all Investor facing Marketing and Distribution. You should have a good background in Asset Management with a substantial amount of experience in client facing roles. Any additional compliance experience would also be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities;
Responsible for pan European marketing and distribution
Work closely with Investment relations team in the preparation of marketing materials
Work alongside the Head of Risk & Compliance to create clear policy
Ensure the business is meeting relevant regulatory requirements, predominantly MiFID and AIFMD
Key Experience
Working experience within asset management or private equity
Experience in Investor or Client facing roles
Strong written and verbal English
Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
