The Merrell Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and activations centered on Merrell’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives including, but not limited to, JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion), Conservation, and Sustainability. Partners with marketing team and cross-departmental stakeholders to strengthen and inspire Merrell’s action and reputation as a change leader within CSR. Responsible for developing and executing creative promotional and public relations strategies for the brand’s initiatives that generate positive publicity, create and activate influencers and advocates, and secure buy-in and enthusiasm for the Brands CSR commitments with internal and external audiences.
