Lead local marketing programs planning and marketing calendar execution in line with global plan/brand strategy to help with demand generation.
Develop and implement national wide promotion plan, support sales team on regional promotion programs implementation and budget, such as in-store promotion, trade show, live show etc.
Track the promotion progress on display, sales order, budget and spending, sell-out performance.
Understand market trends/channel/competition/consumer, provide inputs to area marketing and portfolio teams on competitive intelligence, channel, customer, KOL and media platform trends.
Management on store VI and store new opening/close.
Develop selling tools, drive promoter training and incentive programs.
Close alignment/partnership with sales teams and channel partners to deliver programs and understand needs.
Support regional sales team on channel management, such as new distributor evaluation, distributor annually grading, inventive programs etc.
Work with Marketing Center team on Marcom programs plan and execution.
Work with portfolio marketing team on new product launch and promotion.
Regular tracking on market share, channel inventory, sell-out etc.
Support on other projects and tasks assigned by line manager.
