We are currently seeking Asia Integrated Marketing Demand Generation Strategist for our Asia Safety & Industrial Business Group. In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional execution of brand promise and brand voice across 3M Safety & Industrial Business. Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for Building and leading execution of strategic Integrated Marketing Programs in Asia region. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: - Integrated campaign development and activation for segment and portfolio marketing
- Assist the Division Integrated Marketing Manager in building overall short and long-term Area/Division IM strategy.
- Own strategic End to End (Lead Generation to Sales Conversion/Lead Nurture) 360 Degrees IM programs, always-on programs & program creative development.
- Build E2E IM Program Execution Plan by leading Customer Journey Mapping and Communication Touch Points Prioritization.
- Manage E2E program execution and work with Digital Operations/Country teams to ensure those programs are implemented in time.
- Drives customer-centric thinking for integrated and digital marketing as an advocate for end-user across touch points to deliver a relevant and differentiated customer experience
- Responsible for providing expertise and support in planning and execution of digital marketing strategy (e.g. Search, Social, Paid Media, User Experience, Content Marketing) to drive demand among end users
- Develop customer-first marketing plans and engagement strategies based on persona insights and customer journey maps
- Act as the point person for assigned initiative to prioritize Digital Marketing and Experience projects from ideation to execution
- Ensure alignment of the holistic customer experience by working with cross-functional Divisional, Corporate, and Agency team members
- Drive initiatives that enable the following:
- New Customer Acquisition/Market Expansion: Help to acquire new accounts/customers by creating awareness about 3M solutions and products and drive competitive switch.
- Customer Relationship Management: Leverage technology and analytics capabilities ( POS data/MA) to Enhance 3Ms relationship with existing customers by Identifying and activating cross sell and upsell opportunities.
- Channel/Partner Engagement: Develop and implement Channel Marketing plans with strategic regional or national Pureplay or Click & Mortar partners. Enhance 3Ms market presence and share of shelf by identifying growth opportunities with these and drive O2O marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and review online customer metrics and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly
- Work with stakeholders across company to prioritize work and scale impact
- Share results and insights with larger 3M Marketing teams
- Work with Capabilities team to track the E2E purchase funnel result, manage leads and optimize effectively to deliver the best results as possible.
- Engage with Customer Insights Team to understand the target audiences and their behaviors.
- Develop integrated marketing program briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria for vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Select strategic partner vendors/agencies together and work with the sourcing team to process in the internal system if necessary.
- Understand the digital marketing platforms (incl. Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads etc), marketing automation and CRM tool (Eloqua), leads/sales tracking platform (eg. SFDC) to build effective programs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degrees
- Five (5) or more years of digital marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies
- Three (3) or more years of Project Management experience
- Three (3) or more years of CRM/ABM experience
- Experience in analyzing digital/marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion.
- Experience in building Integrated/Digital Marketing plans
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- Experience in working in regional role or working with multiple countries
