This position is in our Innotescus division. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate. In this role you will assist the sales and marketing efforts through identifying and reaching out to potential beta users. Principal/Essential Duties: - Research potential customers using LinkedIn and other tools
- Perform outbound communication by email and phone to potential customers
- Initiate conversations, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understand business needs, and schedule demo appointments
- Provide feedback to help iterate on our sales process
- Develop competitive knowledge and an understanding of Industry products
- Perform timely research, data collection, quantitative analysis, verification, and communicate findings effectively
- Develop effective sales and marketing outreach messaging
- Assist in managing beta customers during the trial processMaintain lead records and activities using CRM software
- All other duties as assigned by management

Experience/Education Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business, or Liberal Arts
- 0-3 years’ work experience
- Strong writing, editing and research skills
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and pipeline process management
- Working knowledge of Project Management Software such as Monday or Assana
