A community of diverse individuals, we celebrate both our differences and our similarities, and we embrace a broad definition of diversity that includes but is not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, ability, religion, sexual identity and socioeconomic status. The successful candidate will embody a blend of informed optimism and vigilant attentiveness to the needs of the school and its constituencies. Resilience and a sense of humor will help infuse many of our communications with the joy with which we experience life at our school; a level-headed temperament, ability to pivot, wisdom, and outstanding interpersonal and writing skills will help us navigate through the more difficult communications that are required. This is a hands-on, demanding, and creative role responsible for shaping, planning, and executing messaging for The Masters School.
