We are seeking a Senior Director – Integrated Marketing. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer, the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for strategy leadership of the Division’s account management team framing effective marketing and communication strategies to meet key business outcomes targeting consumers, physicians, other clinical referral sources, residents and employment recruits. He/she will also be expected to develop a vision and a strategy to evolve the strong account services role within Marketing to support improved use of MarTech tools including, but not limited to, a new CRM platform and ongoing automation capabilities. Additionally, this individual will work to evaluate and enhance the Nationwide Children’s brand (locally, regionally and nationally). Keys to the success of this position will be having a deep knowledge of account management, marketing technologies, business strategy, coalition building, and an ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:
MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 10 years working in a leadership role in marketing, branding, insights, or related field
Experience in marketing automation and/or customer relationship management systems a must
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Talking on phone/in person (Constantly)
