Carleton College is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Admissions and Student Financial Services to join its College Communications creative team. The department develops communications strategies and produces multimedia marketing materials for student recruitment, special events, fund raising, alumni and institutional relations, and other campus clients. As an integral member of our team, the Marketing Specialist will work on projects from concept through delivery.
This is a full-time year-round fully benefit eligible position.

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree, plus five to ten years professional experience in a similar role. Qualified candidates must have exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, ability to think and provide strategic marketing options, a capacity for managing multiple projects, good organizational skills, and an ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Preferred: Experience in both print and digital media, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
