The Health System Marketing and Communications Department at Keck Medicine of USC relies on a Budget Analyst to be responsible for maintaining the departmentâs Accounts Receivables, developing cost estimates and budgets, and monitoring expenditures against marketing project budgets. In addition, the Analyst will maintain departmental and personnel tracking files, including marketing agency billing; employee inventory; subscriptions and publications; and exempt vacation accruals.
Minimum Education:Bachelorâs degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience in a professional business environment. â¢Experience with Kuali, USCâs financial system strongly preferred. â¢Experience with Lawson preferred. â¢Strong computer skills required, including ability to create spreadsheets in Excel. â¢Must be a good communicator, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. â¢High integrity, ethics and work standard, as well as ability to multi-task and deal with multiple priorities.Required License/Certification: Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
