Under the general direction of the Executive Director, MBA for Executives (EMBA) and the Executive Director, Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) programs, the Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for interacting with prospective students, managing application files and processing, and supporting recruitment and student affairs initiatives for the Fully Employed MBA and Executive MBA Programs. Additional duties include staffing the front desk, supporting FEMBA and EMBA Executive Directors and staff, mail distribution, maintaining inventory of supplies and marketing materials, and processing expense reimbursements. Position requires the interpretation and implementation of University and Department admissions policies. Knowledge of UC and UCI admissions policies and procedures preferred.
