Reporting to the Director, Enrollment Management, this position supports the development and execution of marketing and growth strategies for new and existing Executive and Professional programs at the School of Professional Studies (SPS). The incumbent supports strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling and all aspects of implementation for marketing activities; supervises Marketing and Communications staff to deliver effective outbound print and online marketing, media planning, communications, and other outreach activities; and oversees the tracking and reporting of inbound response and inquiry flow, lead management, program success metrics, and other key marketing statistics.Â Â
Major Responsibility:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Directs strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling and all aspects of implementation for marketing activities in new and existing executive programs that align with aggressive growth targets as part of SPS strategic plan.Â Â
Evaluates the effectiveness of advertising tactics to ensure the highest return on investment for marketing spend.
Supervise and manage the marketing communications team.
Collaborate and ensure consistency across all graduate and professional programs within the portfolio.

Experience & Education
Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Specific demonstrated experience launching and marketing new products to adult markets.Â Experience in education preferred.
Agency management or agency experience a plus
Experience with CRM tools, project management and workflow software, and ability to learn new systems.
Ability to manage details of simultaneous complex projects
Ability to understand strategic objectives and align and adjust initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, project management, and production skills involving multiple, simultaneous projects
Ability to perform and manage project details under tight deadlines
Expert knowledge of print, design, media and advertising as well as technology and new media best practices
Thorough understanding of marketing permissions, copyright and all aspects of intellectual property management for marketing
Fluency with current marketing technology developments and social media. Ability to learn new systems.
Willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive campus community
