What you’ll do:
Create a sales and marketing plan that can lead an accomplished sales team to successfully achieve its goals
Collaborate with staff and residents who understand the team approach to selling
Be an ambassador to the surrounding neighborhood and community
Who we’re looking for:
5+ years of sales experience preferably in senior living
A relationship building who enjoys forming connections within and outside our organization
A team player who is collaborative in a fast-paced environment
A results-driven sales leader who is also attuned to dynamics of working within a larger organization
