CCNW is seeking an experienced individual to facilitate the following job responsibilities. The emphasis of this position is to conduct research on external referral behaviors while exploring market trends and opportunities for continued growth.
Serves as the CCNW spokesperson for all community relations activities and is the key contact for the media. Interfaces with vendors, agency and media representatives.
Responsible for conducting research on referral behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable processing and analyzing market data. Must be able to identify patterns in data in order to make informed decisions. Report recommendations to CEO/Executive Team for review.
Oversees the representation of a positive organizational image to the public, clients, shareholders and community. Maintains brand identity and brand relevancy through all forms of communication.
Prepares annual marketing and business development budget with executive oversight; effectively works with an approved budget; monitors records and controls advertising and publication expenses.
Develops creative promotional concepts to promote CCNW and its care providers and physicians strategically within the community; responsible for assisting with the design and production of media and print layouts; collaborates on updates of all collateral items as needed; responsible for assisting with the finalization of all CCNW publications, brochures, promotions, and other communication pieces.
Works with Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator and other vendors as necessary, to produce print and electronic advertising to represent CCNW.
Plans and executes community relations activities, special events and trade shows. Represents CCNW as a spokesperson at various community and professional functions.
Responsible for overseeing the production of internal employee newsletter at frequency determined by CEO. Develops emails, and/or other communication mechanisms to share information and promote CCNW to all employees.
Works to help promote CCNW physicians to community and referring physicians through timely media relations, direct mail, newsletters, letters and meetings with referring offices.
Manages the creation of marketing pieces requested by physicians with the CEO's approval.
Coordinates physician/provider speaking engagements for referring physicians and providers in the community for CCNW-sponsored education and events, and assures CME credit for attendees as appropriate.
Manages CCNW website content creation and placement with input of executive team and physicians. Conducts regular analysis of site effectiveness and delegates revisions and updates.
Participates in CCNW-sponsored training or networking events to help share lessons learned and best practices.
With the assistance of the Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator, utilizes company resources to develop video clips or other materials to promote CCNW, educate patients, and foster teamwork and positive internal morale.
Manages new marketing/communication activities as assigned by CEO and physicians.
General knowledge of current and new media outlets (social media) and trends for branding and service promotion.
Represents CCNW as a member of other marketing teams based on collaborative partners as identified by the organization. Works with members to plan strategic marketing campaigns based on budget allocation, and executes accordingly; this includes both internal physician relations and external community promotion.
Supervises support staff. Responsibilities include directing and overseeing work assignments, on-going communication, performance management, coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related field.
5 years related experience in marketing management, business development & communications.
Extensive Data Analysis experience to include MS Excel, MS Access, Statistics, and SQL databases and applying understanding of health care market to interpret the data.
It is preferred an individual have:
A Graduate Degree in a communication-related field.
5 years' experience in marketing, business development & communications in the health/medical industry.
Experience in utilizing audio visual equipment and related editing and production software.
Experience with physician relations as it relates to the development and strategy of relationship building for an organization.
Experience in research methods and data analysis.
