We have an immediate opening for a Temporary Marketing Database Coordinator (approximately 6 months) who will be responsible for coordinating and administering the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) and other marketing databases, reporting and marketing technology functions, including:
CRM and Contact Data Management
Work daily with the firm’s CRM and contact management databases to ensure data integrity, provide attorney and marketing staff support and troubleshoot data issues;
Create and manage mailing/marketing lists. Manage the data change and maintenance process, bounce-back emails and returned mail;
Coordinate and work on the cleanup, preparation and the transfer of data into marketing databases from various sources and audit the results for accuracy;
Help lead database cleanup and other data integrity initiatives;
Design and generate reports from Salesforce, Marketo, Introhive, Excel and other marketing applications, as needed.
Marketing Automation and Distributions
Assist with the marketing automation (MA) and mailing system(s) and related functions, including subscriber and lead list management, campaign management, forms, landing pages and workflow development and upkeep;
Oversee and monitor data flows between the MA and CRM systems to maintain system and data integrity; troubleshoots data issues;
Work closely with Marketing team on events (generate mailing labels for firm mailings (event invitations, client alerts, etc.)) and marketing lists.
Marketing Data, Analytics and Reports
Generate marketing reports for use by marketing managers, firm attorneys and practice groups;
Work across departments, such as IT, Finance, HR, Risk Management and Knowledge Management to help maintain client-related data.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Skilled in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft CRM, InterAction;
Skilled in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Tikit;
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Conga or comparable Report/Analytics tools;
Knowledge of and affinity for database technology;
Self-directed individual who establishes priorities well and works well with minimal supervision;
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of employees and at different technology skill levels;
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to proof other’s work;
Strong attention to detail; and
Excellent planning and organization skills.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in managing a CRM database system (optimizing for data integrity, handling data change tickets, reporting and basic end-user support), and experience working with database, reports and dashboard tools.
