Under the direction of the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Associate Director of Marketing is responsible, in collaboration and consultation with the program and department directors, for strategy, execution, analyses and budget management of marketing and communications campaigns for The Paul Merage School of Business, specifically for our flagship MBA programs and our Specialty Masters Programs. In conjunction with the program and department directors (and digital agency where applicable), the Senior Associate Director of Marketing will develop integrated strategic marketing plans, and provide analyses and recommendations based on relevant campaign KPIs (key performance indicators) and data from the program directors, to achieve enrollment targets. Additionally, the Senior Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for analyzing higher education industry trends and staying abreast of marketing best practices in an effort to provide internal partners with recommendations on how best to market their offerings, what tactics should be employed and how to improve the yield through the enrollment funnel.The University of California, Irvine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer advancing inclusive excellence.
